Turkish Cheese Pie Ingredients:
- 2.5 flour
- A cup of warm milk
- Half a teaspoon of salt
- Half a teaspoon of sugar
- Two suspensions senior vegetable oil
- Yeast Faure
- One egg
- 50 gr white cheese
- 50 gr mozzarella cheese
How to prepare Turkish cheese pie:
- Prepare the dough by mixing sugar, milk and yeast, then the rest of the dry materials and leave it for an hour to ferment
- Spread the dough with a rolling pin and fill it with different types of cheese
- Put the pie on a greased tray, brush it with egg yolk, decorate it with cheese, and then put it in the oven for 25 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
