- steak: 500 grams (fillet)

- mushrooms: 2 cups (fresh / sliced)
- balsamic vinegar: a tablespoon
- Cream: a cup (liquid)

How to prepare
- Heat a thick frying pan over a high heat, add oil and butter, season the steak with salt and pepper, and stir for 4 minutes until browned, then remove the steak from the skillet.
- In the same saucepan, add mushrooms and vinegar, reduce the heat and stir until wilted, then add the cream, salt and pepper, and stir a little until it begins to boil.
- Return the steak and leave it with the cream and mushrooms for 3 minutes, until the flavors are combined.
- Serve hot with roast potatoes and sour cream to taste.
