The first stage :

• 500 gr chicken

• 2 cups flour
• 1 tablespoon of starch
• 1 tablespoon paprika
• 1 tablespoon black pepper
• 1 tablespoon garlic
• 1 tablespoon of Maggi seasoning
• Vegetable oil for frying

How to prepare crispy chicken: 

• Cut the chicken lengthwise
