Salad dressing is a homogeneous sauce that is characterized
by fast and easy preparation, as it can be prepared in
multiple ways and with different ingredients to obtain sweet, sour or
spicy flavors, and then add it to various types of vegetable
salads to add distinctive flavors and appetite to them
How to make salad dressing
Cabbage salad dressing
Ingredients:
Half a cup of light mayonnaise.
Three quarters of a cup of liquid milk.
Two big spoon of sugar. A teaspoon of lemon juice.
Half a teaspoon of lemon zest.
How to prepare:
Put all the ingredients in a deep dish and mix with the hand clamp for several minutes until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Pour the mixture over the salad and mix together.
Vegetable salad dressing
Ingredients:
One Tomato
Green onion
Latus
One-third of each bunch of: Coriander and parsley
Seasoning ingredients:
Chopped red onion
Two islands
black pepper
cumin seeds
Chicken broth cube
olive oil
How to prepare:
Cut the tomatoes into cubes, lettuce into slices, parsley, cilantro and green onions into medium pieces, and put all the ingredients in a wide plate.
Put an amount of oil in a thick-bottomed frying pan and put the saucepan on the stove until the oil is hot.
Add the chopped onion to the oil and stir until browned.
Grate the carrots over the onions and add the chicken broth cube, black pepper, and cumin, and stir the ingredients together until the carrots are tender.
Add a marinade to the salad and mix the ingredients together.
Italian salad dressing:
Ingredients:
Half a cup of canola oil.
A quarter cup of white vinegar.
1 clove of garlic, crushed finely.
Two tablespoons of each: red onion, and finely chopped red pepper.
Two small spoons of mustard.
A teaspoon of honey.
Salt, hot red pepper and black pepper.
A quarter of a teaspoon each of: oregano, and ground dried thyme.
How to prepare:
Place all the ingredients for the marinade in a clean, airtight glass jar.
Shake the jar well so that the ingredients are well mixed.
Add seasoning to the salad.
Greek salad dressing :
Ingredients:
Two small spoons of mustard.
2 crushed garlic cloves.
Two tablespoons of lemon juice or apple cider vinegar.
Three quarters of a cup of olive oil.
Half a teaspoon of salt.
A quarter of a teaspoon of white pepper, and ground black pepper.
How to prepare:
Mix lemon juice with garlic.
Add olive oil, mustard, black pepper, and white to the juice and garlic mixture, and mix the ingredients together.
Season the salad with the resulting sauce and stir the ingredients well.
Watercress salad dressing:
Ingredients:
Two tablespoons of pomegranate molasses.
The juice of a lemon.
Three tablespoons of olive oil.
A tablespoon of sumac
. Half a teaspoon of salt.
How to prepare:
Put the ingredients in a deep plate and mix by hand well.
Add the marinade to the salad and stir the ingredients together.
