Cheese Hash Brown

I made a crispy hash brown in an easy way. If you like cheese, you can make it with cheese. If you like the crispy taste, try making it only with potatoes without cheese. It's not difficult to make and it's really delicious. ✤ Ingredients -4Potatoes, 560g (617g before peeling) -3g Salt (1tsp/flat) -60g (6tbsp) Corn starch -2tbsp Cooking oil (when roasting potatoes) ✤ TIP -The reason for rinsing potatoes in water is that potato starch, which has moisture, is not crispy and moist.
-Make sure to add cornstarch to make it crispy (no wheat flour)
-In addition to salt, you can also add your favorite ingredients such as pepper or
red pepper powder.
