 Fish Masala Recipe



Ingredients 

1 fish (head may) 1 (cut into slices) 

2 garlic paste 1 teaspoon 

3 vinegar 2 tablespoons 

4 onions (chop) 2 tablespoons

 5 ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon

 6 fenugreek seeds 1/2 teaspoon

 7 turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon 

8 coconut powder 1/2 cup 

9 red chillies (chopped) 1/2 teaspoon

 10 cashew paste 1 tablespoon

 11 green chilli paste 1 teaspoon 

12 cumin powder 1 teaspoon 

13 yogurt 1/2 teaspoon 

14 lemons cars 2 tablespoons

 15 Mr. dipest 1 teaspoon

 16 salt 

17 1/2 cup oil

Step by Step Instructions

Add fish, salt, garlic paste and vinegar in 1 bowl, mix and keep for 1/2 hour. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan, add fish and fry lightly and take it out in a plate.

 2 Grind oil in a saucepan, add onion and fry. When golden, add fenugreek seeds and ginger garlic paste and fry.

 3 Add salt. Add chopped red chillies, green chilli paste, barley paste, cumin powder, mustard paste and curd and fry the spices. When the oil separates, add 1 cup water and add the fried fish slices separately. 

4 Add lemons. Sprinkle with juice and cook on low heat for 5 minutes. Remove to a serving dish and serve with rice.
