How to prepare yogurt cake with sorbet

Yogurt cake ingredients:

1/2 cup sugar

1 cup of oil

4 eggs

Vanilla

Yogurt cup

1 cup of flour

1 cup fine semolina

1 cup coconut

4 teaspoons vanilla

Syrup ingredients:

1 and a half cup of sugar

1 cup of water

Lemon juice

Vanilla

How to prepare sherbet:

Put sugar with water and lemon on the fire

Leave for 10 minutes

Add vanilla

Remove from heat and leave to cool

How to prepare yogurt cake:

Mix the sugar with the oil

Add eggs with vanilla and mix

Add yogurt

Add the flour with semolina, coconut and baking powder

After mixing the ingredients, brush the tray with ghee and add the mixture

Put in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 35 minutes

Watered with cold sorbet.
